FreeOneHand: Sales Policy


FreeOneHand™, LP works to make the purchase process simple with clear sales and replacement policies. Please review these policies as they are the terms that govern your purchases with FreeOneHand’s online store. The policies set your rights and obligations regarding your product purchase, warranties and limitations of warranty.

Orders can be placed online 7 days a week 24 hours a day. You may also place or check status of orders over the phone at 1-800-317-2663 Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST.

Payment Methods

We accept payments for products online and over the phone in the form of credit, debit or check card. When you provide your credit card information FreeOneHand, LP will obtain approval prior to processing your order.

FreeOneHand Online Store accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and credit, debit or check cards associated with a valid billing address.

To protect against unauthorized use of your card for online and phone orders, we require the credit, debit or check card security code. The security code is an individual three- or four-digit number that may be printed on the face of your card for American Express, or on the back of your card (in the signature panel) for Discover, MasterCard or Visa.

Processing

Processing is based on product availability, payment authorization, warehouse processing, and does not include shipping or transit time.

Orders placed Monday-Friday by 4PM EST will typically be processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed Saturday, Sunday and over Holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping

FreeOneHand ships products Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM EST except on holidays. We provide several convenient options for shipping through UPS both in the United States and Internationally.

FreeOneHand cannot control shipping and transit times once products leave our facilities, and does not accept liability for late deliveries despite method of shipping selected. All orders will be assigned a UPS shipping number for tracking purposes.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned as undeliverable. If UPS reports that your package was returned as undeliverable please call 1-800-317-2663 to make reshipment arrangements.

Sales Tax

In addition to the price of your purchases, FreeOneHand will charge you a sales tax based on your shipping address and the applicable sales rate in effect at the time your order is billed. If you place a phone order, the Customer Service Representative will provide an estimated total including tax and shipping charges. The proof of purchase for your FreeOneHand product will include all applicable fees including sales tax.

Warranty

Simply send back the product with to our mailing address with your name, proof of purchase, and a return address and we will send you a replacement product free of charge.

Proof of Purchase

FreeOneHand, LP will provide you with a confirmation of your order to the email address provided in your online order. A mail confirmation will be sent with your order when it is shipped.

Product Availability

FreeOneHand makes every effort to process and ship orders in a timely manner. The estimated shipping times provided at checkout are dependent on product availability. In the event that an order cannot be filled due to supply limitations, FreeOneHand will contact you via your supplied email address with revised shipping estimates for your order. Orders will ship as soon as products are available.

Defective Items

FreeOneHand, LP is dedicated to manufacturing high quality products that provide enjoyment and satisfaction for our customers.
